Katie spent her 28th birthday playing Santa to an underprivileged family.

The actress celebrated her recent birthday by visiting a family in East Los Angeles to deliver gifts and a Christmas tree. It woud be interesting to find out what she got for them. It is our guess that the dad got a new plasma television, the mom a gift certificate credit card, and a Nintendo Wii for the kids. One can only wish!

On her plasma television giving spree, Katie was accompanied by her husband's adopted children Connor, 11, and 13-year-old Isabella. It is nice to see that Katie is setting a good example for the children, who undoubtedly will be spoiled by Katie, who gets to wield Tom's credit card when splurging on the litte ones.
